Terry Daniels

Commissioning Manager

Terry has over 20 years in HVAC Commissioning and Project Management roles working across some of London’s most prestigious projects, including The Emirates Stadium, The Walkie Talkie building, The Shard, The O2 arena Greenwich, The Aquatic Centre and Athletes Village for the 2012 Olympics as well as multiple residential buildings across the capital. He has undertaken projects abroad including the British High Commission Office at Kampala, Uganda.

His background and experiences have naturally rolled into his current position as Commissioning Manager, whereby Terry has delivered many projects over the last 5 years including Battersea Court student accommodation blocks at Project Palmerston, One Park Drive Residential Project at Canary Wharf and 50 Finsbury Square Office fit out in recent years.

Terry has joined WP3 in 2025 and is an integral member of our Commissioning Management department, responsible for supporting our senior management team in the delivery of multiple high value projects. His hands on and pragmatic approach provides our clients with valued management support. His understanding of how to deliver a fully operational building and with his detailed input is able to dissect and combat site issues and difficult scenarios efficiently.
