Steve Shorter is a seasoned HVAC professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career in ductwork installation, Steve progressed into HVAC commissioning and has since played key roles on some of the UK’s most iconic developments, including The Shard, 20 Fenchurch Street (the "Walkie Talkie" building), and the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.

His extensive expertise spans the full spectrum of HVAC services—from chiller and boiler plant rooms to complex systems in both commercial and residential settings. Known for his practical insight and commitment to quality, Steve is currently working with WP3 as a Commissioning Manager. In this role, he represents clients, ensuring MEP systems are delivered on schedule and to the highest standards.
