Graduate Energy Assessor

As a passionate Sustainability and Energy Consultant with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Building Design, Molshri is driven by the commitment to reduce the environmental impact of the built environment through intelligent, energy-efficient design. Her expertise spans throughout Energy Modelling, SAP, Psi-value evaluations, TM59 (Overheating) and IES thermal simulations as well as Carbon and Whole-Life assessments aligned with UK Building Standards.

Having developed strong technical proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and HTFlux, she combines analytical precision work towards Net Zero and Passivhaus principles with creative design thinking to deliver sustainable solutions that balance performance, comfort, and compliance.

Molshri’s aim will be to establish herself as a sustainability leader within the built environment sector, specialising in energy modelling, low-carbon strategies, and climate-responsive design.

Beyond work, she expresses her creativity through painting, music, and travel, which continually inspire her approach towards design and problem-solving.
