Liam Freeman

Lead Commissioning Manager

Liam Joined WP3 in 2025, his background is rooted in electrical engineering and commissioning management. With over a decade of hands-on experience as an electrician, Liam developed a deep technical understanding across a diverse range of projects including new builds, refurbishments, high-rise offices, underground works, and life science facilities. His project portfolio includes landmark developments such as UBS Bank on Liverpool Street, the Farringdon Crossrail project, AstraZeneca’s European Headquarters in Cambridge, where he served as Senior Tester. The Peninsula Hotel, Victoria, 1 Leadenhall, City of London and the flagship Citigroup Centre, Canary Wharf. 

Alongside his practical experience, Liam has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth by completing his HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Distinction through distance learning while working full time. This academic achievement, combined with his industry experience, has provided him with a well-rounded foundation in both technical execution and strategic project delivery.

Over the past three years, Liam has transitioned into a commissioning management (MEP) role, where he has broadened his expertise to encompass Mechanical and Public Health systems, overseeing complex commissioning and validation projects from inception to completion. His proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams have established him as a dependable and trusted professional within the field.
