Lawrence Coleman

Senior Technical Services Manager

Lawrence brings extensive experience in building services as a TSM with over 20+ years in the industry, with a Petro-chemical background that enables him to manage complex builds while keeping buildings operational. He recently contributed to BSRIA’s BG81 guide on soft landings for the fit-out sector, supporting client satisfaction from design to post-handover.

At WP3, he supports the company directors and Operations Team with validation projects and peer reviews, offering expertise in M&E services, compliance, and risk management. He has also led plant replacement projects, managing installation and delivery. Lawrence understand the importance of well planned and executed Validations, Testing and Commissioning activities, and has delivered a wide variety of complex projects throughout his career.
