As a Mechanical and Electrical Design Manager, Chris oversees the design, coordination, and integration of M&E systems within a construction project by bridging the gap between concept and construction, ensuring that designs meet performance, sustainability, and regulatory standards.

Chris has overseen the integration of M&E systems within the Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment, ensuring compliance with project standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.

Chris works in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, managing clash detection, and streamlining workflows to improve project efficiency and reduce risks.

Chris has also given technical guidance to design teams, reviewed models for accuracy and constructability, and contributed to the development of BIM execution plans.
